Download Phoenix Service Software & Install it
1. Download C1-01 Firmware here & install it. Open Phoenix Service software.
2. Click New>Scan Product
Note: If you get Error Something like this "Cannot load, the product "RM-607" is not recognised." then your phoenix service software is old you need to register RM-607, download this file and install it. Close Phoenix & open it again & repeat the step 2
3. Now Click on Firmware update
4. Something like this will open click refurbish
5. It will Start refurbishing the device. It will take a few minutes to refurbish.
6. After completing a success message will pop up.
